Spiritual direction has been a field of increasing interest for the last several decades as people seek to find their place and purpose in this fast changing world.

SDSDA (San Diego Spiritual Directors Association) was formed in the fall of 2008 to connect the increasing number of trained spiritual directors in the San Diego area with the growing number of people who are seeking spiritual direction.
